Hearty felicitations to my boss, Sir Ben Ayade on his 5th anniversary as Governor of Cross River State.

 

 It gives me much pleasure to celebrate our dynamic and charismatic leader today,May 29th 2020 as you mark 5 years of solid,effective and visionary leadership in piloting the affairs of our beloved state,Cross River.

Within 5 years of your administration, you have transformed the political, economic and industrial landscape of Cross River state making policies and laws that have enhanced lives and livelihoods of the weakest and poorest in the society.

Your visionary leadership style has further brought about the digitalization of the Information, Communication and Technological industry in the state as in the past few years,more media houses have been set up not just for the promotion of local content and government based information but also in giving opportunities to Cross Riverians to make their opinions known.

Today,we are bold to say that you have not disappointed the trust and confidence bestowed upon you as our governor when you were elected into power.

Even in the face of the global pandemic that has ravaged the world, "COVID-19" you have shown and proven that you are truly a professor and an epitome of wisdom with the COVID- FREE STATUS of the State.

You have also shown love to the people of the state and planned ahead by providing post COVID-19 palliative to cushion the after effect of the pandemic.

The people of the State will forever be grateful for showing your relentless love by exempting  low income earners  from taxation. This movement alone has shown that you always have your people at heart.

May God continue to grant you wisdom and grace in the discharge of your duties. May you continue the pattern of good works for which you have become known for.

Once again, i want to thank you for your tenacity, steadfastness and consistent courage even in the face of dwindling resources.

 

Your Excellency, May God give you Wisdom and  more strength to do even more in your remaining years.
